Placing an order
After you place an order on the Site, there is a standard pre-authorisation check to make sure there’s enough money on the card. You can expect to receive 2 emails.Â

- Your order is only considered accepted by us once payment goes through. Once this happens, you’ll receive an order processing email.
- After the processing is complete and the order is shipped, another email informs you that the order is complete.
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. We’ll get in touch with you if there’s an issue with an order.
Accuracy of Information
As much as we try to be accurate for the prices, specifications, and other details of the products, there may be errors on the Site. We’re humans too, and sometimes, mistakes are unavoidable. If we discover an error for anything you’ve ordered, we’ll inform you immediately. You’ll be given the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.
